We want you to be happy with your order. This policy applies to all orders delivered in the United Arab Emirates.

Return window

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Cost

Exchanges and returns are free. Our courier collects the item from your address at no charge.

How to request an exchange or return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp +971 50 390 7690 or email [email protected] with your order number.
  2. Tell us the size or item you would like instead, or that you want to return the item.
  3. We arrange a free collection and deliver the replacement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it, or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Because all orders are paid in cash on delivery, our team contacts you to arrange any approved refund once the item has been collected.
