Shipping & delivery policy

We ship only within the United Arab Emirates and deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain), Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Delivery time

After you place an order, our team confirms it with you by phone or WhatsApp. Confirmed orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days. Delivery times can be longer during public holidays and large sale events.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. There are no other fees.

Payment

All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. We do not take card payments online.
